1. Type your 8-digit contract or supplementary agreement number in the box «Contract offer code».
2. If the contract or supplementary agreement number is entered correctly check the number and the date of the contract.
3. In the box «Amount» enter the amount of money needed for payment according to the contract. If needed fill in the box «Payment for».
4. Enter your e-mail address in the box «Email» to receive notifications
5. After pressing «To pay» you will be redirected to the safe payment page where you are to enter your card details. You will receive a notification that the payment is made and/or how to receive a good or service.
6. Transfer of money can take up to 5 working days since the payment

Refund is possible only by details of the card with which the payment was made. To get a full or partial refund the Payer must apply with a written application to the Center for International Cooperation of the Yugra State University (ugrasu.international@gmail.com).

A reason for refund and details of bank account must be specified in the application. Copies of Payer’s passport and the receipt must be attached. The staff identifies the Payer and transfer the amount to the bank account specified in the application. Transfer can take up to 5 working days since the application date.

Connection with the payment gateway and transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol.
